Welcome to the Privacy Policy applicable to 008 Villa. This Privacy Policy sets out the details of how we collect, use, store, record, disclose and destroy information (“Process“) relating to our guests, as well as visitors to our online platform (the “Platform“), and it sets out your rights pertaining to your control over such information. Please note that by using the Platform, you consent to us Processing your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of compliance with European data laws, we are a data controller, as we determine how and why your information is Processed. All tenants renting accommodation from us will be required to provide us with basic identifying information such as full name, nationality, passport number, physical address, telephone number and email address. We require this information in order to perform our contractual obligations to lease the relevant property, and provide related services, to you. As a tenant, or occupant, of one of our properties, you will receive bespoke personal service from us, and, accordingly, we will request, and keep a record of, any personal preferences, or requirements, you might have. This is so that we can fulfil our personal service obligations to you.
When you access the Platform, we may passively collect and store your data. This data may include details relating to, for instance, your IP address, your operating system or your browser details. You have control over what information is passively collected by making use of your browser settings. It is important to note that changes to these settings may affect the way in which our Platform operates. More information in this regard is set out in clause 3.
Any other information collected by us will only be Processed:
with your consent (which consent may be withdrawn at any time); or
where it is necessary:
to perform any contractual obligations towards you;
to operate our business functions and platform; or
to comply with our legal obligations; or
to protect your vital interests
We store all data for a minimum of 5 years, or as may otherwise be required by law.
When you interact with our Platform, we may collect certain personally non-identifiable information, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, domain names, your approximate geographic location, and a record of the Platform pages visited, the time visited and aggregated information that cannot be used to specifically identify a user.

We will only Process information of persons under 18 years of age with the express consent of their parent or guardian and this information will typically be limited to basic identifying information and relevant personal preferences or need-to-know dietary or medical requirements.
